Vasquez + Company Celebrates Cultural Storytelling at the 2025 Mexican-American Film & Television Festival and Awards

Glendale, California – Vasquez + Company LLP (Vasquez) sponsored and attended the 2025 Mexican-American Film & Television Festival and Awards (MAFTF), presented by the Mexican-American Cultural Education Foundation (MACEF). Held at the historic Harmony Gold Theater in Los Angeles, the annual two-day festival celebrates the contributions of Mexican-American and Chicano filmmakers, providing a platform for authentic voices and real-life stories.

This year’s festival welcomed filmmakers, artists, and industry leaders to connect, collaborate, and showcase original film and television projects that reflect the rich diversity and lived experiences of the 40 million Americans of Mexican descent. As a returning sponsor, Vasquez reaffirms its support for initiatives that foster inclusion, cultural representation, and creative excellence.

Vasquez's Managing Partner, Gilbert R. Vasquez, took part in the awards ceremony, He was joined in the event by Marketing Manager Cassandra Bae, a Producers Guild of America (PGA) member with over a decade of experience in Unscripted Television, and special guest Steve Bae, PGA and Television Academy member, Prime Time Emmy nominee, NAACP Image Award nominee, and VP of Strategic Partnerships at The Cabo Agency.
